Incredible close up cel of Zarbon in his fearsome new transformation from the first episode he transforms! This cel has been kept in immaculate shape in regards to the lines, since it has no line fading at all. The lines are as dark as they were when the cel was made over 20 years ago! The cel is almost entirely painted as Zarbon takes up most of the cel. If you are a fan of the villains and especially Zarbon this is the one to have!
