In order to ensure that our customers are 100% satisfied when purchasing collectibles through StreyFlexin Collectibles we have implemented some policies in place.
Shipping Policy:
All shipments are to be sent within 2 business days from payment unless otherwise noted (ie. away at a convention). Furthermore, all collectibles will be packaged with specific care taken to ensure they arrive safe and in its listed condition.
Shipping prices via multiple postal services are a flat rate fee as indicated below (we cover any additional charges):
Standard Shipping to Canada: 10$
Priority Shipping to Canada (recommended for Canada): 15$
Standard Shipping to the USA: 15$
Priority Shipping to the USA (Recommended for USA): 25$
FedEX priority USA and Canada (Best option for USA): 60$
Registered mail with tracking Shipping internationally: 40$
Priority mail with tracking shipping internationally: inquire for exact price.
Other shipping services such as FedEx International, UPS, and DHL are also available by request and are highly recommended with more expensive items.
3rd Party Graded & Certified Collectibles Policy:
All sales are final on collectibles that are graded and certified by a 3rd party grading company such as CGC, CBCS, Wata Games, and so forth. However, if a collectible arrives with the case cracked or damage that was not disclosed in the listing, we will cover the cost of a reholder for that collectible. Please see the 3rd party grading company’s policy and prices for the cost of a reholder.
Original Art Policy:
All sales are final on original art such as original comic art, animation art, production art and so forth. However, if the purchased art arrived damaged or there is another concern that you may have please contact us directly first to best assist you.
Grading Policy for collectibles not certified by a 3rd party grading company:
StreyFlexin Collectibles wants you to be happy with our assigned grade for raw collectibles and thus we take our internal grading very seriously. As you all may know, the grading of raw or non certified collectibles can be subjective. For this reason we believe in having a policy in place to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you believe there is an issue with the grade of your raw collectible, you may opt to return it for a full refund within 30 days from the time of purchase. Additionally, keeping the collectible and receiving a partial refund of the difference in value between the discussed grades is another option and may be preferred. Please contact us directly first if you have any concerns and we will gladly do our best to assist you. It is important to note that you may be asked to provide photos and a brief description to verify the issue in question as well.
Return Policy:
Customers are able to return collectibles within 30 days of purchase under these specific conditions:
Collectible(s) arrived damaged
Collectible(s) happen to be missing things that were not mentioned to be missing in the listing (ie. comic book is incomplete with missing pages that were not disclosed )
Collectible(s) have been altered or restored without being mentioned in the listing
However if you have an issue that is not mentioned here and are concerned please do not hesitate to contact us as your complete satisfaction is our top priority.
All returned items must not be damaged or altered in any way from their original condition or they may be denied for a return. Payment for return items are to be made within 5 business days once the collectible has arrived and has been assessed for a return.
Photos of the reason for return may be requested and partial refunds can be worked out as well. We also ask that you reach out to us before processing any returns.
Payments:

StreyFlexin Collectibles ensures to uphold and maintain the privacy of our customers. Once you have chosen to become our customer, we assure you that your personal information will only be used to provide you with our service.
When you register with StreyFlexin Collectibles, you will be asked to provide some contact information. The contact information will include your name, phone number, address and email address. When you purchase collectibles on our site, you will be asked to provide payment information. If you choose to pay via credit card, the payment information will include your credit card number. All of the information collected by StreyFlexin Collectibles will be used for processing your orders places and maintaining our relationship with you as a customer.
How do we use our customer information?
We use our customer information to notify customers of our services to them including: order status, newly added products or services, network downtime, and any other communication that relevant to our service. We will not sell, rent or transfer to outside parties your customer information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in conducting our business, operating our website, or servicing you, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. Additionally, We may release your information when we deem release is appropriate to enforce our site policies, comply with the law, or protect ours or others rights, safety or property. Cookies are tiny files or pieces of information that are generated by a website and stored onto your computer’s hard drive. StreyFlexin Collectibles does not use cookies to collect or track information specific to the web activities of our customers. We exclusively use cookies to securely store login data, compile data regarding to site traffic and remember & process the items in your shopping cart to offer the user the best possible site experience.
