Here is a beautiful copy of cap 10 CGC 7.0 Restored from the famous Rockford Pedigree! The restoration includes right edge of cover trimmed which keeps the book more affordable in this higher grade. This issue was also the last Captain America to feature art by Cap’s original creator duo of Jack Kirby & Joe Simon.
The Last few public CGC sales are a 1.8 Universal for 1350$ in Mar 2020, and a 4.0 for 3090$ in Apr 2020. This exact copy sold for 2640$ in February 2020 which came out to just about 3000$ after tax and shipping.
